DRIVECO in Madrid is seeking an Operations professional to lead the EV charging deployment lifecycle. You will coordinate third-party teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safe, on-time project delivery within a dynamic network.
Requirements include 5+ years in EV deployment, Spanish/English proficiency, and strong planning tools experience. The role is based in Madrid with a focus on scalable infrastructure development.

Contract: From August 2026 to November 2026 (paternity leave cover)
As part of the Operations team, which is responsible for designing, structuring, deploying, developing, operating and maintaining electric vehicle stations and infrastructure, you will be tasked with the entire deployment cycle of EV Charging Projects, from the moment a business opportunity is signed until it becomes a reality and starts operating.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and DRIVECO's execution commitments with third‑party deployment companies, engineering design and execution offices, local and regional DSOs, permitting companies, civil work sub‑contractors, public authorities, amongst other stakeholders involved in the deployment process of the charging station.
