XCharge Europe is seeking an Internship Aftersales Technical Support for EV charging infrastructure in Madrid. The 6‑month program offers hands‑on experience in technical support, spare parts management, and training for customers and service providers.

As a current Bachelor's student in Electrical, Electronics, or Energy, you will collaborate with R&D and HQ teams to resolve on‑site issues, troubleshoot after‑sales concerns, and assist with bid and project support.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably Electrical/ Electronics/ Energy.
• Passionate about EVs and energy transition in the mobility sector.
• EU Class B driving licence is an advantage.
• Knowledge of embedded systems or programming is a plus.
• Native or fluent Spanish with professional English proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Team player willing to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in providing technical support and guidance for customers and third‑party service providers for DC fast charging and energy storage.
• Support management of spare parts inventory at Madrid office: receiving, organizing, tracking, and stock accuracy.
• Assist in planning and implementing training for customers and third‑party service providers.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, and HQ teams to develop after‑sales solutions and investigate on‑site issues.
• Troubleshoot after‑sales issues and provide solutions for customers.
• Provide technical support for bidding and projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist in providing technical support and guidance for customers and third‑party service providers to address technical issues related to DC fast charging and energy storage.
• Support the management of spare parts inventory at the Madrid office, including receiving, organizing, tracking, and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Assist in planning and implementing training for customers and third‑party service providers.
• Work with R&D, quality, and other departments from HQ to develop after‑sales solutions, or to investigate related on‑site issues.
• Troubleshoot after‑sales issues and provide solutions for customers.
• Provide technical support for bidding and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Passionate about electric vehicles (EVs), sustainable development, the energy transition, and electrification technologies.
• A valid EU Class B driving licence is an advantage.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and/or programming languages is considered a plus.
• Native or fluent Spanish, with professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑oriented mindset and a proactive, solution‑driven approach.
• A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
