DRIVECO in Madrid is seeking an Operations professional to lead the EV charging deployment lifecycle. You will coordinate third-party teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safe, on-time project delivery within a dynamic network.

Requirements include 5+ years in EV deployment, Spanish/English proficiency, and strong planning tools experience. The role is based in Madrid with a focus on scalable infrastructure development.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience deploying EV charging infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Spanish regulations for electric station infrastructure.
• Experience with contracts/permits with third-party subcontractors.
• Proficiency in planning tools: Excel, Autocad; SiteTracker a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of electrical calculation tools is a plus.
• Spanish/English mandatory; French is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deploy EV infrastructure projects from pre-construction to commissioning.
• Coordinate permits, authorizations, and regulatory compliance with local authorities.
• Manage budgeting, resources, and relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Supervise installation teams and ensure site safety and quality.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders on milestones, risks and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental guidelines.
• Mitigate risks and implement contingency plans with the deployment team.
