VML, part of WPP, in Madrid, is seeking a Shopper Marketing Account Executive to manage marketing projects for leading FMCG brands. You will handle client relationships from briefing to delivery, coordinating with strategy, creative, and production teams, and driving results across physical retail, e-commerce, and retail media.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication and project management skills.

• Manage day-to-day Shopper Marketing and Commerce projects.
• Maintain client relationships from briefing to delivery.
• Lead integrated proposals across strategy, creative and production.
• Oversee project financials and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize resources.
• Lead shopper marketing activations and campaigns.
