Sayano Deutschland GmbH is seeking a motivated Junior Ecommerce Specialist to actively manage Shopify stores, optimize product pages, and contribute to CRO, SEO, and international expansion across Europe. You will collaborate with the Ecommerce Growth Manager and cross-functional teams to implement fast, data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on experimentation, ownership, and learning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a hybrid Barcelona location and modern tech stack.

Formación

• Interest in AI, automation, and new digital tools, and using them to work smarter.
• Practical experience in—or strong understanding of—transactional ecommerce and online store performance.
• At least one year of hands-on Shopify experience, or substantial experience with another ecommerce platform.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Ship fast updates across Shopify stores — products, landing pages, and site content.
• Dig into metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and revenue to uncover growth opportunities.
• Drive CRO tests across product pages, collection pages, and checkout to push conversions.
• Own keyword research and on-page SEO to boost rankings as we expand into new markets.
• Optimize content, page structure, metadata, and internal linking for new markets.
• Support rollout of SEO, CRO, and campaigns across Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, and France.
• Get hands-on with Google and Meta Ads campaigns, from setup to reporting and optimization.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, content workflows, reporting, testing ideas, and daily execution.
