Smileat in Madrid is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Shopify specialist to manage and improve our Shopify stores, with a focus on automation, UX and data analysis. You will work cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable e-commerce solutions from idea to launch.

Responsibilities include maintaining products, collections, promotions, themes and integrations; implementing UX improvements, building Flow automations, analyzing performance and supporting CRM campaigns.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally working with Shopify.
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify from the backend and a good understanding of how an e-commerce store works.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ideally some experience with Shopify Liquid.
• Interest or experience in automation, ideally using Shopify Flow.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain our Shopify stores: products, collections, promotions, navigation, markets, apps and store configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with developers or external partners when needed.
• Support the management and evolution of our different markets and storefronts.
• Implement improvements to our Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML and CSS.
• Identify and implement UX and conversion improvements across the customer journey.
• Build and maintain Shopify Flow automations and improve internal e-commerce processes.
• Work with Shopify apps, integrations and third‑party tools.
• Analyze store performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and issues.
• Manage e-commerce projects from definition to implementation, testing and launch.
• Perform QA and testing before releasing new features or changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to make sure projects move forward and are delivered properly.
• Support the management of our email marketing/CRM platform, campaigns and automations.
