GAC Group in Bilbao seeks a Shipping Agent to oversee port agency operations for vessels calling at Bilbao. You will coordinate with port authorities, customs, immigration, and other stakeholders to ensure timely documentation for arrivals, departures and cargo handling.

The role requires building strong relationships with shipowners, charterers and local service providers, ensuring compliance with Spanish maritime regulations and international standards, and managing emergencies when needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping agency operations.
• Proficiency in port community systems and shipping software; Microsoft Office.
