Madison Reed in Valencia is seeking a Shift Lead, Licensed Cosmetologist to guide a team and ensure excellent guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will manage appointments, mentor peers, and uphold brand standards while serving clients with color services and salon retail.

Role requires a current cosmetology license, 1+ year as a colorist and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend availability and strong English skills are essential.

Formación

• Active cosmetology license in the state where applying.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective communication, problem solving and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and develop leadership to provide top-tier guest experience aligned with values.
• Lead by example with sales and service behaviors and resolve guest issues.
• Support front of house and back of house operations and retail orders.
• Provide consultations and all services offered on the menu.
• Step in as manager-on-duty to foster a positive, collaborative approach.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and KPIs (retail, services, memberships).
• Ensure Hair Color Bar meets merchandising, inventory and asset security standards.
• Demonstrate mastery of Madison Reed systems, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance culture and guest satisfaction.
• Grow within Madison Reed through training and product knowledge.
