Madison Reed is seeking a Licensed Colorist to join our Hair Color Bar team in Valencia. You will consult with guests, perform color and styling services, and help guests select the best products while supporting a busy day with accurate bookings.

The role emphasizes guest care, teamwork, and achieving sales goals, with compensation including base hourly pay, commissions, and tips. Availability at peak times is required.

Formación

• Active cosmetology license in the state where you are applying.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon.
• Effective communication, problem solving and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems and cash handling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultations and all services on the menu to the highest quality and guest satisfaction.
• Perform color, chemical services, styling, cleansing and conditioning per service menu.
• Be attentive to guest needs, help select products and stay on schedule for bookings.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs including retail and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and secure company assets.
