Job summary

DEKRA España seeks an HR Project Manager and Support Specialist for SuccessFactors to lead deployments across Spain and provide training for end users. The role blends project leadership with hands-on configuration and ongoing support in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will manage plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts. Hybrid work is possible after a trial period, with positions in Barcelona or Madrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR project management.
• Solid knowledge of SuccessFactors; certification is a plus.
• Good technical understanding.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and multicultural environments.
• Project Management: planning, risk management, stakeholder communication.
• Analytical skills: data analysis within SuccessFactors.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts.

The main activies of the HR Project Manager and Support Specialist for Success Factors (m/f/d) are:

• Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors rollout.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful rollout.
• Provide training and support to key users and end users.
• Handling inquiries related to SuccessFactors Modules and Employee Central.
