Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on catalogs and ticketing.
• Build and enhance Service Portal components, widgets, and forms.
• Create and improve Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support Agile development, testing, releases, and production improvements.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
