A global consulting firm is looking for a ServiceNow Developer based in Madrid to implement and customize workflows within the ITSM module. You will integrate ServiceNow with external systems and enhance service management capabilities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and must hold official certifications. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Formación

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform.
  • High level of spoken and written English (C1 or similar).
  • Familiarity with Citizen development approach in ServiceNow.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

Must Have :

  • 3 years of knowledge and hands‑on experience in the ServiceNow platform, with special focus on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.

Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.

Familiarity with Citizen development approach in ServiceNow

Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).

High ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.

Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking.

High level of spoken and written English (C1 or similar).

Ability to take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Implement and customize workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs within the ITSM module.

Configure and customize case management modules, self‑service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third‑party tools within the CSM module.

Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and integration with external systems for automation and proactive infrastructure and operations management.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.

Develop custom integrations using Python programming.

Customize the ServiceNow platform through scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.).

Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.

Communicate effectively both orally and in written form.

Apply analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking to solve problems.

Manage projects and take responsibility for meeting objectives.
