A leading video surveillance provider is seeking a Channel Sales professional who will focus on maintaining and developing distributors within non-video product families. Candidates should possess a technical-commercial profile with knowledge in product solutions. Responsibilities include negotiating commercial agreements, overseeing sales targets, and providing training sessions. Strong skills in conflict management and advanced English are required for success in this role.

The position is focused on maintaining and developing distributors within non-video product families. The candidate should have a technical-commercial profile, not only to properly represent the brand but also to ensure the achievement of the established commercial objectives.
Develop distributors and strategic partners within the technology sector.
Negotiate commercial agreements, margins, and rebates.
Oversee compliance with sales targets, coverage, and required services.
Coordinate technical and commercial training sessions.
Monitor and manage inventory reviews and forecasts.
Analyze channel performance metrics (sell-in / sell-out / ROI).
Report progress, risks, and opportunities to the commercial department.
Technical knowledge of products and technological solutions (hardware, software, networks, etc.).
Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English.
Commercial and partner service orientation.
