Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe seeks a Professional to manage operational performance, KPIs, and contract compliance for waste, services, cars, catering, and vending. You will support Office Services and coordinate across FM/real estate teams to drive efficiency and cost control.

The role emphasizes data analysis, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management in a cross-functional environment. English proficiency at B2 level is required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or similar EQF Level 7.
• Up to 3 years of supplier management experience.
• Experience in KPI management and data analysis.
• Experience in vendor and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google analysis tools.
• Project management and knowledge of SLAs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

Job Description:

Manage the operational performance, KPI achievement, and contract compliance of the waste management, auxiliary services, company cars, catering and vending in Getafe.

Support in Office Services in Getafe.

Cross-functional support to other general services and FMRE Spain service lines.

The goal is to ensure efficiency, cost control, excellence in the employee experience, and continuous improvement.

Main activities

• Waste management, auxiliary services, company cars, catering and vending in Getafe.
• Monitoring and improvement of KPIs (quality, satisfaction, incidents, service times, etc.).
• Supervision of contractual compliance and SLAs with suppliers.
• Analysis of consumption data, trends, and optimization opportunities.
