Job summary

GMV is expanding its teams to provide Level 2 incident resolution support through a dedicated Service Desk. You will receive technical training and work with a cross-functional team to handle incidents and communicate with customers in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office apps, Linux, network communications, and ticketing tools/systems.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team, you will receive technical training to provide Level 2 support in incident resolution.

Main responsibilities:

• Service Desk support by phone (Spanish and English)
• Receiving and assigning tickets through the ticketing system
• Receiving and assigning alerts/tickets through the monitoring tool
• Resolution and management of Level 1 and Level 2 incidents
• Communication with customers/clients

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for a Service Desk Operator with experience and knowledge in:

• Microsoft Office applications
• Linux
• Ticketing tools/systems
• Network communications

The following will also be considered an asset:

• Availability to work in shifts
• A high level of English
