Job summary

NN Digital Hub, a subsidiary of NN Group in Madrid, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to coordinate IT services and act as a bridge between IT and business. The role oversees release management, governance, and cross-department collaboration to ensure services meet business needs.

You will lead monitoring, SLAs, and support processes, while coordinating with DevOps, Architecture & Platform teams, and Product managers to manage release schedules and improve service delivery in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in similar roles.
• Certifications in ITIL, cloud, and project management are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of service management and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee stable IT services for internal/external customers using monitoring and reporting.
• Act as liaison between IT and business; ensure SLAs are met.
• Manage 1st and 2nd line support (Service Desk, End User Computing).
• Define release management objectives, KPIs and policies.
• Oversee release planning, testing, documentation, and rollback planning.
• Coordinate cross-Product releases between development and production.
• Automate configuration changes where possible; provide release status reports.
• Liaise with other process managers to ensure aligned practices.
