Job summary

NN Digital Hub in Madrid leads IT services delivery for NN Group. The role coordinates IT services, acts as a bridge to business and other squads, and ensures releases align with policy and SLAs.

You will oversee the release management lifecycle, collaborate with Architecture & Platform teams, and drive continuous improvement with KPIs. A hybrid working model and a focus on security and performance are central to the function.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in similar roles.
• ITIL, Technical, cloud, management, project management certifications.
• Strong knowledge of service management (ITIL, etc.), IT methodologies, tools and processes.
• Hands-on experience with IT technologies, automation, networking and Cloud.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment (also on Project management).
• Solid knowledge of IT principles and hardware/software/Cloud for building IT services.
• Experience in writing clear procedures.
• Proven track record in managing critical services (99.x).
• Risk management skills with emphasis on performance and security.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT Services team, acting as a link between IT and business to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with other departments, squads and service providers to assure IT services meet business needs.
• Oversee 1st and 2nd line support responsibilities.
• Define release management objectives, policies, and KPI tracking within group policies.
• Create and monitor a release plan including testing, documentation and operational procedures.
• Lend governance to production releases and coordinate cross-Product release processes.
• Automate configuration changes when possible to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Produce release status reports and maintain communication with related groups.
