BME | Bolsas y Mercados Españoles is seeking a REGIS-TR Service Delivery professional to ensure successful development, delivery, and operation of critical Trade Repository applications. You will bridge Business, Product, IT and Operations to deliver value while upholding stringent regulatory standards.

Formación

• Experience in service delivery and application management within a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC governance, backlog management, release planning, and software quality practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in complex, regulated environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance of the application, ensuring adherence to SDLC standards and quality requirements.
• Own release planning and delivery execution with Product Owners and dev teams, ensuring transparency on scope and risks.
• Monitor delivery performance, define delivery metrics, and drive continuous improvement for quality and efficiency.
• Support implementation and operations to ensure service stability, incident follow-up, and production readiness.
• Act as main business stakeholder for application initiatives while ensuring controls, risk, security, and regulatory compliance.

• Act as the main business stakeholder for application-related initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal controls, risk management, security, and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Service Delivery Management, Application Management, Product Delivery, or a similar role within a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC governance, backlog management, release planning, and software quality practices.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Business, Product, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Security functions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive delivery in complex and regulated environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Spanish is considered an advantage.
