Omnia is a technology startup focused on helping brands improve AI-powered visibility across search engines. You will become the internal SEO and GEO expert, driving visibility and evolving the product through AI-driven automation.

You’ll work with Growth, Product and Engineering teams to run experiments, share learnings, and translate insights into scalable actions that accelerate AI-enabled marketing initiatives.

What will your team look like?

You’ll join a Marketing & Growth team currently made up of two people, working closely with and reporting directly to the Head of Growth. You’ll also collaborate constantly with the Product and Engineering teams, sharing learnings, identifying automation opportunities and helping shape the future capabilities of the platform.

You’ll find a flat structure, a high level of autonomy, and an environment where great ideas matter more than job titles.

What will your mission be?

Your mission will be to become Omnia's internal SEO and GEO expert, driving the company's visibility while generating the knowledge needed to evolve the product and automate processes through AI agents. You’ll play a key role in experimenting, uncovering new opportunities and transforming insights into competitive advantages for the business.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing the company's SEO and GEO strategy.
• Identifying opportunities for organic growth and visibility across search engines and AI platforms.
• Designing, running and documenting experiments to validate hypotheses and uncover new ranking opportunities.
• Analyzing results, identifying patterns and turning insights into scalable actions.
• Evaluating tools, methodologies and emerging trends related to SEO, GEO and AI-powered marketing.
• Helping position Omnia as a thought leader through the creation and sharing of industry knowledge.
• Collaborating closely with the Growth, Product and Engineering teams to share learnings, identify automation opportunities and maximize the impact of initiatives.

• Strong experience in both technical and strategic SEO.
• Experience working with SEO analysis, crawling and monitoring tools to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• A highly hands-on profile who enjoys building, testing and iterating continuously.
• Proven ability to design and execute independent experiments.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience working autonomously with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous and constantly evolving environments.
• Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications within marketing.
• Excellent prioritization skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
