Avantio is seeking an SEO & Content Manager to take full ownership of content strategy across the funnel and lifecycle. You will lead SEO and organic content end-to-end, contribute content for paid media, and manage email programs for prospects and customers. Daily collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success is essential.

The role reports to the Marketing Manager within a five-person Marketing team and requires strong ownership and strategic judgment.

Formación

• Proven experience in SEO and content strategy end-to-end.
• Experience managing a content calendar and content ownership across channels.
• Ability to manage freelance collaborators and localization projects.
• Experience with email marketing and audience segmentation.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Clarity).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

What you'll be doing (and who with)

We're looking for an SEO & Content Manager to take full ownership of Avantio's content strategy, not just on the website, but across the funnel and the customer lifecycle. This is a first management-level role with real ownership over a clear business outcome: growing quality organic traffic and demo conversion, while also driving the content behind lifecycle emails, upsell and retention campaigns, and product marketing.

You’ll lead SEO and organic content end to end, contribute content for paid media, own content for prospect and customer email programs, manage freelance collaborators and our internal SEO team, and work daily alongside the rest of the Marketing team as a cross-functional role.

This role reports to the Marketing Manager, within a Marketing team of five. It's a highly cross-functional role, you'll collaborate closely and daily with the rest of the Marketing team, plus Sales, Customer Success, our internal SEO team and a network of freelance collaborators.

Your tasks:

• Own SEO and organic growth strategy end-to-end
• Own the Avantio website and content calendar
• Extend content ownership beyond the website
• Manage freelance collaborators and localization
• Work daily and closely with the rest of the Marketing team, ensuring content and brand consistency across every channel
• Bring strategic judgment to the role

What are we looking for?

• Keyword research and SEO tools (e.g. GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Clarity)
• WordPress (intermediate level)
• Experience with email marketing and audience segmentation
• Comfortable with Salesforce tools and AI tools in daily work
• Bilingual English, C1--C2 or native level
• Fluent Spanish
• Strong sense of ownership
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)
• Flexibility and resilience
• Sound, independent decision-making

Nice to have

• Experience with link building, digital PR
• Experience creating content for product marketing or sales enablement
• Experience working in fast-paced or scale-up environments
