Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior or Principal Project Manager to lead water engineering projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver clean water and wastewater infrastructure. You will drive design quality, manage costs and schedules, and maintain strong client interfaces across projects, including on-site coordination when needed.

• Experience in clean/potable water pipeline design and/or wastewater network and infrastructure design.
• Civil Engineering or other relevant degree.
• Full professional membership of a relevant chartered body.
• Experience of working in multi-disciplinary water engineering projects with diverse disciplines.
• Proven project management capability in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for technical discussions.
• Active pursuit of professional development and knowledge of current solutions.
• Experience with NEC PS contracts.
• Understanding of designers' responsibilities under CDM.
• UK water sector experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of innovative and sustainable water solutions addressing leakage, clean water, and sewage disposal.
• Coordinate project teams from design to implementation and manage scope, cost, and schedule.
• Represent the company in meetings and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Maintain business management system compliance and ensure technical quality assurance.
• Engage with clients and contractors to secure continued work and drive project success.
• Collaborate with onsite contractors when required and support change management.
