AtCocunat, we’re looking for aSenior Video Editor & Motion Designerwho lives and breathes social media, loves testing new tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life throughads, animations, and video templatesthat engage audiences onMeta, TikTok, and Google— helping us scale our campaigns withspeed, quality, and innovation.

Your mission: create, iterate, and optimize audiovisual content that doesn’t just look good — it performs.

Your responsibilities

• Create and edit social media ads (videos, animations, GIFs) optimized for Meta, TikTok, and Google.

• Leverage AI tools (Runway, Firefly, Sora, MidJourney, etc.) to accelerate creative workflows, from ideation to execution.

• Work fast and smart: produce multiple video variations from templates, testing different hooks, cuts, and styles.

• Iterate efficiently — you’ll refine and adapt existing templates to improve performance while maintaining brand identity.

• Collaborate closely with the Paid Media and Creative teams to align visuals with campaign goals and audience insights.

• Ensure platform-native quality: tailor each piece to its format (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.) for maximum impact.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all creative output.

• Stay curious and experiment with new tools, AI features, and design trends to keep Cocunat’s content fresh and cutting-edge.

• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, always focusing on speed, clarity, and results over perfection.

Your profile

• Expert inAdobe Premiere ProandAfter Effects, with solid experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  
  

• Familiar with other tools in theAdobe Creative Cloud,Figma, orCapCut.
  
  

• Hands-on experience withAI creative tools(Runway, Firefly, Sora, Gemini, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, etc.).
  
  

• Strong creative sense: you understandvisual rhythm, composition, typography, and storytelling.
  
  

• Afast executorwho can balance creativity with productivity — you know when “done is better than perfect.”
  
  

• Proactive, organized, and collaborative. You communicate clearly and love teamwork.
  
  

• Data-aware: you care about performance and are comfortable iterating based on feedback or metrics.
  
  

• Bonus: skills in3D design, audio editing, or layout.
  
  

• Native Spanish and intermediate English.
