Celonis seeks a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI- and data-driven transformation for customers, including Brazil, leveraging the Celonis Context Model. You’ll partner with Lead and Principal VEs to blend technical execution with consulting and project management across multi-region initiatives.

As an AI-fluent operator, you’ll orchestrate roadmaps and targeted initiatives across core ecosystems, ensuring strong ROI and adoption. This role offers a hybrid model, RSUs, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years experience owning complex workstreams, processes, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle).
• AI copilots usage to generate outputs and automations, avoiding heavy manual coding.
• Builder mentality with proactive solution ideation for customers.
• Strategic program and multi-region stakeholder management with executive sponsorship.
• Deep understanding of Finance/Supply Chain domains and evolving use cases.
• Fluent English with strong executive presence.
