MediaMarktSaturn Technology is seeking a (Senior) UX/UI Designer for digital products in Barcelona. You will own the end-to-end UX/UI design, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data/AI and Business to deliver user-centric solutions across web and app ecosystems.

You’ll apply Lean UX, work with data and user feedback, and mentor junior designers as you grow into senior ownership within a multinational team.

Formación

• Several years of UX/UI design experience for digital products (web/app/tools).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end product design and measurable impact.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, Axure, Framer, Principle).
• Lean UX experience and collaboration with Product/Engineering.
• Strong data mindset and comfort with AI literacy in products.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the end-to-end UX/UI design process for selected digital products and features.
• Apply Lean UX principles with iterative steps and light-weight artefacts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data/AI and Business to understand user needs and align on goals.
• Design user journeys, flows and interactions across web and apps for a coherent experience.
• Create wireframes and prototypes; deliver UI aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
• Evolve the design system and contribute to cross-team design guidelines.
