Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior UX/UI & Digital Product Designer to lead end-to-end design across internal and client digital platforms. You will manage research to delivery, craft user journeys, and develop visual concepts that align with Design Systems.

The role requires strong UX and visual design skills, experience presenting to stakeholders, and the ability to work autonomously within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in UX/UI and Digital Product Design, autonomy to manage projects end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in UX research, user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Ability to identify business and user needs, translate into solutions, and explain design decisions.
• Experience presenting and defending design proposals to stakeholders.
• Strong visual sensitivity with typography, spacing, layout, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design activities across the full product lifecycle, from research to delivery and follow-up.
• Analyze user needs, identify usability issues, and propose functional improvements.
• Develop user journeys, interaction flows, prototypes, and visual design concepts.
• Design intuitive interfaces aligned with established design guidelines and Design Systems.

As a Senior UX/UI & Digital Product Designer, you will contribute to the design and continuous improvement of digital products, including internal business applications, digital platforms, and user-facing solutions.

You will work across different business areas, helping to simplify complex processes, improve usability, and deliver consistent, high-quality digital experiences.

Your role will cover the entire product design lifecycle, from identifying user needs and conducting research to developing visual concepts, presenting solutions to stakeholders, and following implementation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven professional experience in UX/UI and Digital Product Design, with the autonomy to manage projects end-to-end.

• Strong expertise in UX research, user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.

• Ability to identify business and user needs, translate them into effective solutions, and explain the reasoning behind design decisions.

• Experience presenting and defending design proposals to stakeholders.

• Strong visual sensitivity, with particular attention to typography, spacing, layout, consistency, and detail.

• Experience working with Design Systems and maintaining consistency across digital products.

• Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently manage priorities.

• Adaptability to changing project requirements and the ability to work across different initiatives within multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industries.

• Previous involvement in designing digital portals, internal enterprise applications, or complex digital ecosystems.

• Experience improving both the functional usability and visual quality of existing digital products.

What You'll Do

• Lead UX/UI design activities across the full product lifecycle, from research and discovery to design, delivery, and follow-up.

• Work across different initiatives, adapting priorities while maintaining high design standards.

• Balance functionality, user experience, visual quality, and business objectives.

Remote working model within Spain.

Occasional on-site presence in Arteixo (A Coruña, Galicia) when required for collaborative workshops, project discovery, or direct interaction with users and development teams.

Collaboration within established multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on long-term involvement and continuity.
