Offering a hybrid work environment within Spain, the ideal candidate has over 8 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio and proficiency in tools like Figma. Experience in Agile environments is essential.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer with expertise in Design Systems to develop intuitive digital products. This role involves leading design initiatives, ensuring a unified and scalable design language, and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers. You will improve design processes and tools, enhance user experience on our e‑commerce platform, and align all designs with our brand and business objectives.

• Lead the design and implementation of our design systems, tools, and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our design process.
• Create and maintain a set of design libraries including design tokens, components, content guides, and design patterns.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment across design teams and digital products.
• Optimize and standardize design processes, including file management, version control, and collaboration.
• Become a Brand Champion and contribute to consistency and beauty in the creation of visually captivating designs that embody the essence of luxury.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other Product Designers, fostering continuous learning in persona development, targeting strategies, and advanced data analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive user research to grasp user needs, behaviours, and pain points, using insights to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create effective design solutions such as wireframes, mock‑ups, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that vividly visualize concepts and interactions, ensuring usability and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, translating them into effective design solutions.
• Enhance cross‑platform experience by crafting cohesive, responsive design solutions that seamlessly span web‑based and mobile applications.
• Facilitate usability testing, including qualitative user testing sessions and A/B testing methodologies, to refine designs and enhance overall user experience.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, recommending their integration to foster innovation and maintain relevance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital product design and 4 years in Design Systems, with strong experience in native apps (iOS and Android).
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise and the ability to advocate for design within the organization.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of user‑centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile‑first approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for presenting and discussing design decisions.
• Experience in Agile environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Ability to understand requirements and design complete user experiences.
• Expert knowledge in user‑centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, testing methodologies, accessibility standards, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design.

Tech Skills & Certifications

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is highly valuable.

Skills & Behaviours

• Strong visual storytelling ability to present design concepts and strategies at all organizational levels.
• Deep understanding of design strategy and its application across global markets.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage and Luxury Brand sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of front‑end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Good understanding of native apps coding languages, design patterns, and technical implementation aspects.
• Proficiency in motion design, animation, and video editing, with a keen interest in exploring generative AI tools and techniques.
