Allianz Partners is seeking an experienced underwriting professional to lead remediation across global travel portfolios, starting with the United Kingdom. This role involves deep-dive performance analysis to identify deterioration causes, collaborating with Pricing, Actuarial and Distribution to implement targeted actions while ensuring compliance with Allianz and AzP guidelines.

• 8+ years of professional experience in insurance data analysis, pricing, or performance monitoring.
• Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Being Qualified actuary (FIA, FSA, or equivalent) or CPA represents an advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL (or equivalent database technologies).
• Experience using insurance performance monitoring tools.
• Proven expertise in data analytics and reporting tools, especially Power BI.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong overall MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead remediation efforts across global travel portfolios with initial focus on UK market.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on client and portfolio performance to identify causes of deterioration.
• Collaborate with Pricing to ensure tariff and non-tariff books perform as expected; implement adjustments.
• Work with Portfolio Monitoring and Actuarial to identify underperforming segments and define remediation plans.
• Ensure underwriting actions align with Allianz and AzP Underwriting Guidelines.
• Support annual planning with margin analysis and forecasting of remedial actions.
• Maintain transparency on portfolio changes to support reserves and provisioning.
• Represent underwriting in cross-functional remediation squads with Product, Distribution and Claims.
• Communicate findings and proposed actions clearly to senior leadership with data-driven rationale.
