A leading assistance operator seeks a Senior Assistance Coordinator with expertise in travel insurance assistance and case handling for remote work. Candidates must be fluent in Norwegian or Danish and English, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be comfortable training colleagues. The role involves managing various case types and offering support to the operations team. Travel to Spain for training may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in travel assistance.
• Can handle all types of travel insurance assistance cases, including repatriation.
• Familiar with reading and interpreting insurance conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Case handling of all types – simple, medium, heavy.
• Support and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
• Training of colleagues.

Fluent in Norwegian or Danish

Fluent in English

Good IT skills

Supervision experience
