Xebia in Spain is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive delivery across a complex life sciences data platform, spanning data engineering, analytics pipelines, and user applications. You will lead end-to-end programs with cross-functional teams, ensure governance, collaborate with scientists, and accelerate R&D outcomes in a regulated setting.

Formación

• Requires proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or delivery lead in complex technical environments.
• Strong SDLC and Agile delivery expertise (Scrum / hybrid).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
• Able to translate ambiguous scientific needs into structured delivery plans and stories.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for governance and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, product, and business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Owning and prioritizing cross-team backlogs across multiple engineering and scientific streams.
• Translating complex biological and technical requirements into clear delivery plans and user stories.
• Driving Agile delivery in a hybrid environment with governance and structured checkpoints.
• Managing dependencies across data engineering, platform, AI/ML, and UX teams.
• Partnering with scientists and researchers to shape product direction through continuous feedback.
• Overseeing data governance, compliance, and FAIR data principles in a regulated environment.
• Supporting release planning, UAT, and launch readiness across global stakeholders.
• Collaborating with engineering teams on cloud architecture and data platform design (GCP-based).
