Job summary

• 6+ years in software testing or quality engineering.
• 5+ years working within Agile delivery environments.
• Hands-on with JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright.
• Experience testing APIs and delivering end-to-end automation.
• Ability to apply AI capabilities to testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead system, integration, functional, regression and acceptance testing across Customer Engagement Platform products.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Execute end-to-end automated testing across web, mobile, and APIs platforms.
• Strengthen testing strategies, governance, standards and quality practices across squads.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies with testing assessments, estimates and deliverables.
• Manage test environments, data and tools in alignment with Novartis standards and processes.
