Job summary

Luxoft in Madrid is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to contribute to the development of a medical prescription software solution for orthodontic care. The role covers full QA lifecycle, from design to execution and reporting.

You will design automated Web tests, maintain test artifacts, perform performance and manual testing, and work proactively within a distributed agile team to ensure high software quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA Automation Engineer experience.
• Python programming skills.
• Experience in backend test automation.
• Experience in Web UI test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
• Knowledge of BDD.
• Solid SDLC and QA processes knowledge.
• Experience with CI tools (Atlassian suite preferred).
• BS or MS in CS, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated tests for Web in close collaboration with the development team
• Maintenance of the required test documents (test cases, reports, etc.)
• Performance testing
• Manual testing tasks
• Proactive work in a distributed agile environment

SKILLS

Must have

• 4+ years of experience as an QA Automation Engineer
• Python programming skills
• Experience in backend test automation
• Experience in Web UI test automation (Selenium WebDriver)
• Knowledge about BDD approach
• Solid understanding of SDLC and QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies
• Experience in popular CI tools (Atlassian suite preferred)
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
