In this role, you will coordinate teleoperators, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining quality and safety standards, and serving as the primary point of contact between field operations, engineering teams, and client stakeholders.

Formación

• Leadership experience in robotics or autonomous systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience handling operations in fast-paced technology environments

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate teleoperations teams across multiple shifts
• Monitor KPIs and ensure safety, quality, and operational targets
• Serve as primary operational contact between field operations, engineering, product, and clients
• Prepare and present performance reports and deployment readiness
