Job summary

PMY Group, in partnership with Tahreez Sport & Entertainment, seeks a Senior Technology Advisor to join a joint venture. The role is client-facing, shaping technology strategies and roadmaps for high-profile live-environment projects across sports and major venues, with frequent travel to Saudi Arabia.

You will work from early project stages to deliver practical technology decisions and integrated solutions that support business and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ICT/technology advisory, consulting, professional services or technology strategy.
• Experience working directly with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Experience across sports, entertainment, stadiums, arenas, major venues or major projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and how different technology systems integrate within complex environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with proposals, tenders and RFPs.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.

POSITION OVERVIEW

PMY Group and its Saudi partner, Tahreez Sport & Entertainment, are seeking a Senior Technology Advisor to join their joint venture. The role requires either temporary relocation to Riyadh or the ability to travel there frequently.

This is a senior, client-facing role working on some of the region’s most exciting sports, entertainment, stadium and major venue projects. You’ll work closely with senior clients to shape technology strategies, define requirements and develop practical solutions that support their business and operational goals.

You’ll be involved from the early stages of projects, helping clients make informed technology decisions and turning ideas into clear strategies and roadmaps.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support technology advisory projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Work directly with senior client stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges.
• Develop technology strategies, roadmaps, requirements and recommendations.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions and create highquality presentations and reports.
• Advise on technology solutions for stadiums, arenas, sports, entertainment and major venues.
• Work with PMY’s technology, design, digital and delivery teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Support proposals, tenders, RFPs and business development activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners and technology providers.
• Stay up to date with emerging technology and industry trends.
• Travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with company Occupational Health and Safety policies, operational standards, and relevant legislative requirements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience in ICT / technology advisory, consulting, professional services or technology strategy.
• Experience working directly with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Experience across sports, entertainment, stadiums, arenas, major venues or major projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and how different technology systems integrate within complex environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with proposals, tenders and RFPs.
• Good understanding of the Saudi market and its growing sports, entertainment and major projects sectors.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
• A proactive, commercial and solution-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively across clients, partners and JV stakeholders.
