Allot is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our R&D in Madrid. You will own end-to-end planning and delivery of software releases, leading cross-functional teams across R&D, QA, DevOps and Product in a hybrid work model.

You’ll mentor junior managers, drive process improvements, build release dashboards with Jira and Confluence, and ensure on-time delivery, quality, and executive visibility across global locations.

Formación

• 3 years of proven experience in software project management with a focus on metrics and process improvement.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Release Ownership: Independently own the planning and delivery of multiple software releases with scoping, schedule and content, ensuring quality.
• Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead R&D, QA, DevOps, Product teams and external subcontractors; build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Execution & Tracking: Drive SDLC releases, plan timelines, track progress and address blockers early.
• Dependencies & Critical Path: Identify and manage dependencies and critical paths across teams.
• Conflict Resolution & Stakeholder Management: Resolve issues within R&D and align stakeholders across functions.
• Risk & Change Management: Manage risks and scope/schedule changes with minimal disruption.
• Reporting & Executive Visibility: Build release dashboards and status reports for leadership.
• Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Measure project metrics and drive post-release retrospectives.
• Process Ownership & Methodology: Define and improve release management processes and templates across R&D.
