Allianz Technology is seeking a Senior Release Manager to own the end-to-end release lifecycle across the SDW programme. You will lead a Barcelona-based team, harmonise processes with global regions and strengthen deployment automation while partnering with SRE and operations to ensure release health and continuity.

The role requires robust governance, cross-functional leadership and fluency in business English, with opportunities for hybrid work and international collaboration across Europe.

Formación

• Significant experience as a Release Manager, Senior Release Manager, DevOps Lead or comparable delivery leader in a large-scale enterprise.
• Proven experience coordinating releases across a large organisation (>200 FTEs).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead go/no-go decisions and escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the integrated SDW release calendar, policy, governance model and end-to-end release lifecycle across products and OEs.
• Coordinate release scope, dependencies, risks, readiness, go/no-go decisions and post-release reviews across 200+ FTEs.
• Lead the transformation towards a harmonised, scalable release model with minimum standards and RACI models.
• Work with engineering teams to strengthen CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and release orchestration.
• Embed automated quality, security, vulnerability, regression and compliance checks into release pipelines.
• Partner with SRE and operations on observability, release health and business continuity.
• Provide direction for a Barcelona-based team of developers and collaborate with Germany and other locations.
• Define and track release performance indicators to improve predictability and stability.
