Metyis AG in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in consulting recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Strategy Consulting, Data & Analytics, and Technology, partnering with senior leaders to shape talent strategy across Spain and our global offices.

You will design proactive sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and deliver an excellent candidate experience while collaborating with the wider Global People Function

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Strategy Consulting, Data & Analytics, and willingness to recruit Digital Commerce and Technology positions.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish talent market and recruitment landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Strategy Consulting, Data & Analytics, Digital Commerce and Technology roles in Spain and globally.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide talent market insights.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent from consulting firms and technology-focused organisations.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the wider Global People Function to enhance recruitment processes and best practices.
