Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Architect within the Center of Excellence to drive expertise across the Dynatrace ONE function. You will own mission-critical topics, develop scalable reference models, and collaborate with R&D, Sales Engineering and customer teams to enable adoption and best practices.

The role focuses on logs, security, cloud, Kubernetes, developer observability, and digital experience management, with global customer engagements and thought leadership contributions.

Formación

• 5+ years proven experience as a consultant or architect on highly technical, agile teams.
• Experience with the Dynatrace Platform or similar technology as an end-user or admin/implementor.
• Experience with deployment automation, scripting, and modern cloud tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Dynatrace ONE, R&D and Sales Engineering teams.
• Provide SME on mission critical topics and own topic deliverables.
• Develop, document and promote best practices and reference models.
• Lead or support customer engagements and pilots with account teams.
• Mentor colleagues and enable knowledge sharing across teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to enhance customer outcomes.
