Verisure is seeking an experienced Linux Systems Administrator to ensure availability, security and efficiency of Linux-based systems while driving automation and continuous improvement. You will work across Linux, virtualization, storage, and cloud technologies to keep services reliable and scalable in an international, fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 5+ years Linux administration experience (RHEL)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Engineering/Telecommunications
• Hands-on experience with physical server hardware and vendor coordination
• Experience migrating OS and hardware with minimal impact
• 5+ years virtualization and scripting experience
• Programming knowledge in Python
• Knowledge of Terraform
• Experience with GitHub

Responsabilidades

• Administering physical servers end-to-end (rack-mounted/blade, firmware, BIOS, diagnostics) and coordinating vendor support
• Managing and supporting Linux servers (RHEL): installations, patching, tuning, capacity management
• Overseeing enterprise storage (Pure Storage, NetApp, Dell) and virtualization (VMware)
• Developing automation scripts using Ansible, Python and Shell for provisioning, inventory and health checks
• Managing cloud services in AWS and applying security best practices
• Documenting processes, procedures and best practices for consistency and continuous improvement
• Participating in 24/7 support shifts and incident response
• Supporting development teams and contributing to project deployments and performance monitoring
