Fichtner is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for AC and HVDC Subsea Cable Technology in Barcelona. The role involves supporting subsea cable projects with extensive engineering expertise, managing interfaces, and optimizing designs for offshore wind projects.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's or Bachelor’s degree in electrical or industrial engineering, possess at least eight years of relevant experience, and be fluent in English. The position offers permanent contracts and significant corporate benefits.
Formación
- At least eight years of relevant subsea cable engineering experience.
- Familiar with developing or working with EPC tender, design, and manufacturing documents.
- Experience in offshore wind and/or interconnector projects.
Responsabilidades
- Support subsea cable projects with engineering and design know-how.
- Develop HV cable specifications for cable systems.
- Manage interfaces for cable installation.
- Identify and report technical risks.
- Contribute to the optimization of offshore wind farm layouts.
