Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience working with large, complex data sets
• Experience working with large logistics park and warehouse design
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RISA, or Tekla Structures)

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives across the EU region and track key metrics.
• Serve as consulting SME to LATAM and MEATR regions for design specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, MEPFS engineers, and construction managers on fulfillment center design.
• Develop standardized design templates and templates packages for implementation.
