Publicis Groupe in Madrid is seeking a Senior Strategic Planner to join temporarily our One Strategy team, helping drive brand and communication challenges through insight‑driven strategies and impactful recommendations.

You will work with clients and multidisciplinary teams, combining strategic rigor, cultural understanding, and analytical thinking to shape brand narratives and deliver meaningful business outcomes across local and international projects.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in strategy departments within creative agencies, branding agencies, communications agencies, marketing departments, or media agencies.
• Experience identifying and creatively leveraging consumer and business insights.
• Experience managing creative briefs and projects related to communication and creative strategy.
• Strong expertise in qualitative, quantitative, and digital research methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, information management, and experience working with data sources and analytical tools.
• Fluent English, with the ability to manage clients and projects end-to-end, inspire teams, and deliver presentations confidently and effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze competitive landscapes and market environments.
• Participate in the entire creative strategy process, from research and development of creative briefs to overseeing creative work and campaign implementation.
• Develop brand strategies aligned with business and communication objectives.
• Manage and leverage both proprietary and external research tools and information sources.
• Directly manage local and international clients, providing strategic communication guidance and support in decision-making.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects within the One Strategy team.
