About the Role

As a Strategic Partner Manager at Uber Eats, you’ll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for some of our most important Enterprise partners, think brands like McDonald’s, Five Guys, or KFC. You’ll own the P&L, manage relationships at HQ level while taking full ownership of strategic planning, commercial performance, and business expansion. Your work will directly contribute to Uber Eats’ growth and footprint in Spain.

This role is central to our national strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, from Advertising to Operations, while being supported by Customer Success Managers and Account Coordinators to deliver high‑impact projects that drive partner growth and elevate the user experience. You’ll also work across the broader organization to shape and execute strategic initiatives with some of the highest business impact.

  1. Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact Enterprise accounts, building trusted, long‑term relationships with executive stakeholders, including C‑level leaders and decision‑makers.
  2. Develop and execute tailored strategic plans that drive measurable growth, including launching new locations, expanding into innovative models, and increasing same‑store sales through high‑quality promotions and data‑backed menu improvements.
  3. Lead commercial negotiations and business reviews, influencing partners to adopt Uber’s suite of products and invest in strategic levers such as sponsored listings, advertising, and loyalty initiatives.
  4. Act as a strategic advisor, aligning partners’ business goals with Uber Eats’ capabilities to maximize shared value and long‑term success.
  5. Leverage insights and analytics to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize initiatives with the highest ROI.
  6. Work cross‑functionally with local and global teams to deliver a world‑class partner experience, solve operational challenges, and scale best practices across the market.
  7. Champion Uber Eats’ brand, vision, and product innovation with external partners and internal stakeholders alike.
Basic Qualifications

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and proactive doer with a strong track record in relationship management and business growth. To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  1. 8‑10 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, account or project management, startup operations, or partner success—diverse backgrounds welcome.
  2. Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is a must.
  3. Analytical rigor, with advanced Excel skills and a data‑driven mindset; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  4. Autonomy and initiative, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems creatively, and drive growth with minimal oversight.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with both partners and cross‑functional teams, and communicating recommendations with clarity and impact.
  6. Excellent project management, with the ability to plan and execute KPI‑driven initiatives with precision, even in the face of surprise.
  7. A problem‑solver’s mindset: resilient, creative, and always looking for a better way forward.

  1. Strategic thinking with a hands‑on mindset: You combine high‑level business acumen with a willingness to dive into the details and get things done.
  2. Experience working with large, multi‑stakeholder Enterprise clients, ideally in the food, retail, or tech sectors, where influencing across various levels and departments is key.
