UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Storage Advisory Expert to drive high-impact renewables projects and transactions across EMEA. The role involves technical and commercial due-diligence for energy storage, solar and hybrid portfolios, impacting project financing, M&A and investment decisions.

The position can be hybrid from multiple European hubs or fully remote from Netherlands, Germany or Italy, offering mentoring and growth within a growing Renewables Advisory team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years in energy storage advisory or similar.
• Experience managing multiple projects and reviewing contracts and financial models for energy infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project finance concepts, risk assessment, and bankability.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and lead technical due diligence reviews for energy storage and solar+storage projects.
• Review contracts (EPC, BSA, interconnection, PPA, O&M, LTSA) for risks.
• Analyze financial models and assess CAPEX, OPEX, warranties, and performance assumptions.
• Engage with clients, lenders and developers, presenting technical results and maintaining relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing.
