ID Finance is seeking a Product Designer who enjoys solving problems through clear, user-friendly design. Own the design process from concept to delivery for web and mobile.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and other Designers to transform complex requirements into intuitive experiences while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Experience owning projects throughout the entire design lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Experience working within large cross-functional teams and complex product environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full design process, from discovery and ideation to final delivery and ongoing improvements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile products.

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system across multiple platforms.
• Apply UX best practices and accessibility principles to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Participate in design reviews, share feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of design quality within the team.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when making design decisions.

We’re looking for a Product Designer who enjoys solving real problems through clear, user-friendly design. In this role, you’ll own the design process from concept to delivery, helping transform complex requirements into intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and other Designers to create products that balance user needs, business goals, and technical requirements. Your mission will be to make complex things simple, accessible, and enjoyable to use.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Experience owning projects throughout the entire design lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Experience working within large cross-functional teams and complex product environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, design systems, and prototyping.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and supporting implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience designing fintech, banking, lending, payments, or other financial products.
• Experience working with design systems at scale.
• Knowledge of mobile platform requirements, app store guidelines, and native mobile patterns.
• Advanced English level.
• Spanish and/or Russian are a plus.
