Fountain is a leading enterprise solution for frontline workforce management, powering millions of workers across 75+ countries. We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability, scalability, and observability of our platform.

You’ll design Kubernetes-based infra, manage AWS, improve CI/CD with ArgoCD, and lead incident response in a fast-growing environment. You’ll collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to raise the bar on reliability and developer experience

Formación

• 5+ years of site reliability engineering experience.
• Defined SLOs or ran error budgets for production systems.
• Hands-on Kubernetes/Helm on EKS in production.
• Experience with Cloudflare CDN/WAF.
• CI/CD or GitOps deployment experience.
• Led or contributed to incident response and postmortems.
• Knowledge of AWS core services beyond EKS.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve platform reliability (SLOs/SLIs) and production readiness.
• Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Operate and evolve AWS footprint with a security-first mindset.
• Improve CD/GitOps practices (ArgoCD) and deployment safety.
• Build autoscaling strategies for services and workloads (KEDA).
• Lead incident response: on-call, triage, mitigation, postmortems.
• Strengthen observability across services with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards.
• Collaborate with application teams to reduce toil and improve operational maturity.
• Improve infrastructure-as-code practices and Terraform modules.
