Mirantis is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our cloud development and operations team. You will design, deploy, and operate scalable AI infrastructure built on CNCF stack including Kubernetes and NVIDIA-based hardware, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across environments.

Lead technical efforts, mentor colleagues and customers, and collaborate with global teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or software development with cloud and infrastructure focus.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenStack in production environments.
• Experience with high-performance data center processing, networking, and storage.
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead technical tasks and collaborate with diverse teams and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Work with distributed international teams to tackle technical challenges and improve processes.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud and AI infrastructure using open-source software.
• Gather and refine technical requirements with stakeholders and translate into actionable plans.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability across clusters and data centers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform debugging, and ensure high-quality releases.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain stringent quality standards.
• Stay current with cloud ops trends and best practices in AI infrastructure.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation across the DevOps lifecycle.
• Transfer knowledge to customers during delivery phases.
