Creative Fabrica is hiring a Product Designer to lead Studio’s end-to-end redesign, shaping information architecture, flows, UI, and interaction details. You will produce high-quality, scalable screens and components that developers can implement confidently.

You will collaborate daily with engineers, raise visual quality, and balance originality with clarity, delivering fast iterations and clean handoffs for an AI-native design workspace.

Formación

• 5+ years designing digital products (UI/UX).
• Excellent UI craft: typography, layout, hierarchy and polish.
• Advanced Figma skills for developer handoff (components, variants, auto-layout).
• Proven ability to redesign or significantly improve product experience with measurable usability gains.
• Comfortable using AI tools in design workflows; strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the redesign of Studio end-to-end: IA, flows, UI, and interactions.
• Raise visual and interaction quality to make the product modern and distinctive.
• Turn goals into screens, components and prototypes for developers.
• Partner daily with engineers to clarify intent and ensure alignment.
• Produce structured Figma work with clear hierarchy, variants, and specs.
