Storio group in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Specialist Designer who will shape how the brand appears across 13 markets. You will blend graphic design, AI-assisted production, and photography to create assets for CRM, social, display, web, and print while maintaining high visual standards.

Join a Creative Studio that bridges art direction and production design, collaborating with Copy, CRM, Social, Brand, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional, on-brand experiences.

Make Your Mark as a Senior Specialist Designer at Storio group

About The Role.

We are looking for a joyful, collaborative, and creatively driven Senior Specialist Designer to help shape how our brand shows up across 13 markets. In this role, you will combine graphic design, AI-assisted production, and photography to create work across every channel. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, translating briefs into on-brand creative while setting the quality bar for the wider team.

You will join our Creative Studio in Barcelona, acting as a bridge between high-level art direction and skilled production design. Working alongside Copy, CRM, Social, Brand, and Marketing teams, you will solve creative challenges, build smart production workflows, and ensure our brand leaves a lasting visual impact on our customers.

How You Embrace Curiosity Daily.

• Translate campaign briefs independently into strong visual concepts and production-ready marketing assets.
• Own asset creation across CRM, social, display, web, and print channels.
• Build, test, and refine AI-powered workflows to accelerate image production, retouching, and generation.
• Maintain and curate the brand photography library, identifying imagery gaps and sourcing needed replacements.
• Scope, prioritize, and manage multiple design projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
• Share new tool findings with the team to establish best practices and scale smart ways of working.

• Set the visual standard for brand quality and consistency across all European markets and customer journeys.
• Champion design quality in cross-functional discussions while keeping work aligned with key business objectives.
• Improve creative workflows and document new processes to help the wider studio team work efficiently.
• Mentor less experienced designers by giving constructive feedback and sharing craft expertise.
• Drive creative innovation by combining traditional design principles with emerging AI tools.

What You Bring To The Team.

• Proven experience in graphic or digital design within an in-house team, agency, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showing multichannel campaign work, clear conceptual thinking, and strong craft.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Bridge, and Illustrator, along with familiarity with Figma.
• Deep knowledge of typography, layout, color, composition, and multi-channel asset adaptation.
• Strong project management skills to navigate ambiguous briefs and handle tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate creative ideas to stakeholders.

What Sets You Apart.

• Hands-on experience using AI image tools such as Adobe Firefly, Gemini, or Claude.
• Fluency in additional European languages alongside English.
• Degree or formal qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Art, or a related creative discipline.
