A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions Design Engineer to drive process improvements for its European fulfilment network. The ideal candidate will own engineering solutions for complex challenges, collaborate with multiple teams, and possess strong project management skills. A Bachelor's degree and experience with Material Handling Equipment are required. This role will involve up to 50% travel, and fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• Experience as an industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical problem-solving ability.
• Internal motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design and development of engineering solutions for complex material handling challenges.
• Lead and coordinate design development efforts for optimal solutions.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to create innovative solutions.
• Simultaneously manage multiple high-visibility projects.
