The role combines deep tech pricing, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-growing, hybrid workplace with a competitive €70,000–€90,000 salary plus bonus and benefits.

Formación

• Around 6–10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management or IT Procurement.
• Strong experience procuring software, SaaS, cloud services or broader technology categories.
• Proven experience leading complex commercial negotiations with major technology vendors.
• Strong commercial acumen and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Confident operating in a consultative, customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable owning projects and working autonomously in a high-growth business.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Working with a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients, you'll take a senior role in helping organisations maximise the value of their software investments, leading complex sourcing initiatives, negotiating with global technology vendors and providing strategic commercial advice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced software procurement professional looking to combine deep technology sourcing expertise with a highly consultative, customer-facing role in a fast-paced and rapidly growing technology environment.

As Senior Software Procurement Manager, you'll partner closely with senior Procurement, IT and Finance stakeholders, taking ownership of complex software procurement projects across the full lifecycle. From major renewals and strategic vendor negotiations through to wider sourcing and optimisation initiatives, you'll play a key role in delivering significant commercial value and building trusted, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as a senior and trusted procurement partner.
• Lead complex software and technology sourcing activities across SaaS, cloud and wider IT categories.
• Own high-value supplier negotiations and complex commercial discussions with major global technology vendors.
• Provide strategic procurement advice to optimise software spend, commercial models and vendor performance.
• Lead contract renewals, supplier consolidation and vendor management initiatives.
• Partner with senior Procurement, IT and Finance stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal commercial and technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Build long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to deliver additional commercial value.

Required Experience:

• Around 6-10 years' experience within Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management or IT Procurement.
• Strong experience procuring software, SaaS, cloud services or broader technology categories.
• Proven experience leading complex commercial negotiations with major technology vendors.
• Strong commercial acumen and senior stakeholder management skills.
